Wedding gifts

Hello Stampers!  Remember a few days ago, I was telling you about the wedding that I went to of a friend of mine's daughter?  Well, I want to show you some of the gifts that I made for her!

 This is an ornament that I made using their wedding invitation!  I simply cut the invitation into strips, curled them using my bone folder, and then put them into a clear glass ornament.  Then I simply tied a piece of daffodil delight ribbon around the top!  Super cute and what a great keepsake!

 This is a frame that I made in My Digital Studio using the Meant To Be downloads.  It was super easy to use and there are several wedding downloads available.  I printed it out in black ink on a Crumb Cake piece of cardstock.

Hello Stampers!  Welcome to My Digital Studio Tuesday!  I have a project to show you again today!  Every year I made a calendar for my mom and I that includes pictures of my girls throughout the year. 

Now usually it takes me a few days to complete my calendar.  I make each month like a scrapbook page.  Well this year, I decided to do it differently.  I purchased the 2014 calendar template and simply inserted my pictures!  That's right!  The pages were completed and ready for me to simply import my pictures!

Here is this years calendar:

The best part about using the calendar template is that the calendar month's are done for you.  I decided that I wanted mine bigger to fill up the whole page, so I expanded the edges.  Simple!

Corderoy button card & MDS downloads

Hello Stampers!  Happy New Year's Even and welcome to My Digital Studio Tuesday!  There are a couple of new downloads to show you today, but first I have a project!

  Our challenge on the My Digital Studio Facebook group this week was to make a card using My Digital Studio.  I cheated a little bit, OK, a lot bit!  When you purchase downloads for your My DIgital Studio, sometimes the embelishments or punches will come with a freebie card template.  This is the exact template that came with the Corderoy Buttons download! 

I love this card template and it will be perfect for some simple Valentine's cards!  I plan on having them printed out and then adding some embelishments of my own to make a great hybrid project!
