In addition to all of the perks offered by Stampin' Up!, I offer my team a ton of perks too:
Facebook Group - We have a private Facebook group just for my team! I post several times a week and there is a lot of interaction. We hold a weekly challenge to help with your creativity, an opportunity to toot your horn regarding good things that are happening to you, plus an opportunity to share projects that you are working on. We get inspiration from each other as well as congratulations and encouragement.
Monthly Meetings - We hold monthly meetings either in person, or on Zoom. We do make n' takes, demonstrations, business tips, socializing, and eating! We hold a monthly swap where we can exchange cards to get different ideas and fill our card boxes. I do recognition of members who are rocking their businesses and reward them. We also do a monthly door prize and take turns sharing our creations!
Group gatherings - We hold additional gatherings like kit nights, holiday parties, making meals for a local Ronald McDonald House, etc. We have gathered donations for charities in our local area.
Attend Stampin' Up! events - We love to coordinate as a group to attend Stampin' Up! events, both local and long distance. It is so much fun on these girl's getaways!!!
