Hello Stampers!  This last weekend was my June team meeting.  It was a really fun day!  We always have such a great time!  We do swapping, stamping, recognition, and socializing!  Oh, and we eat too!

Creative Escape

Hello Stampers!  My Make a Card Monday is going to be postponed by 1 day.  Tomorrow is the Alaska Trip Earners blog hop so I'm going to tie my video in with it!  Today I thought I would show you some pictures from my Creative Escape that I had this weekend!  This was a 1 day event where we made cards for Ronald McDonald House Charities!  We had a lot of fun!

We were able to make approximately 60 cards for local Ronald McDonald Houses and also raised money through our raffle! It was a fun morning!

In Color Class & Club

Hello Stampers!  Since there is a new catalog out, it's time for my In Color Club again!  I'm going to kick this years club off with an In Color Class.  It will be held:

You do not need to be joining the club to attend this class.  However, if you come to class and then decide to join the club, your class will be FREE!

When you join the club, you will be joining for 5 months.  Each month your credit card will be charged $36 and each month you will receive the following:

1 bottle of reinker

1 bolt of ribbon

They came!!!

Hello Stampers!  I'm so excited!  Our travel papers came yesterday for our Stampin' Up! Alaska cruise!!  It is always so exciting when the package arrives because it means the trip is close!!  In all of the Facebook groups that I am in, they ask not to show the package for a few days so that everyone gets to open their own and be surprised!  Here is what we got:

 It includes a cute zipper pouch, luggage tags, name tags, and our itinerary.  

I've still got tons to do before the trip though!  I'm doing a swap on the trip which will include both cards and 3D items!  So I need to get working!

4th of July Shadowbox

Hello Stampers!  This month was the last month of the shadowbox class that I have been taking.  It has been so much fun!  Here is the insert that we made this month:

 We made this with several rosettes stacked on top of each other!  I love the way it turned out!

Candy noise makers

Hello Stampers!  Today is Make a Card Monday, but I decided to change things up a bit this week!  Instead of a card we will be making a fun candy noise maker!  

I hold an all day crop every month and this past Saturday was one of my regular attendees birthday!  So I made these as little table gifts for the gals!

They are super easy to make and can be made with Rolos, Life Savers, etc.  Any candy that is in a tube will work!

June Stamp & Scrap

Hello Stampers!  Every month at my all day crop, I offer a Stamp & Scrap class.  You do not have to be present at the crop to participate in the class!  In the class we make a two page 12 X 12 layout and two cards.  Here are this month's class projects:

The class will be held this coming Saturday, June 16th at 10:30 at First Baptist Church in Arnold.  The cost of the class is $15.  Please RSVP and bring your own adhesive!  Hope to see you there!

Herringbone Technique - Make a Card Monday

Hello Stampers!  Welcome to Make a Card Monday!  I'm having so much fun coming up with different cards to show you how to make on Mondays!  Today's video shows how to make a card using the Herringbone Technique.  I have made cards using this technique several times and this technique has been around for a long time! However, I love to pull it out again when new designer series paper comes out!  Here is the card that we will be making:

June card class

Hello Stampers!  Have you heard the news?  If you are a subscriber to my newsletter then you have already heard that I have changed the number of cards that we will be making in my monthly card classes!  We will now be making 8 cards, two each of four designs!  Why the change?  I just decided that I really appreciate all of my customers and I wanted to show you!  Plus, many of you have told me in the past that you like to save a sample of your cards for ideas.

Hello Stampers!  So most of you have had a chance to look at the new catalog, so I thought I would share with you a list of my Top 10 from the new catalog!  These are my 'must haves' as of right now!  Of course I say right now because I know that list will surely change.  I usually make a wish list when the catalog first comes out, then a couple of months later I have to remake my list because I see so many pictures of projects that others have made, and of course I love them and have to have the items to make them too!!!

Make a Card Monday - Delightfully Detailed Laser-cut Specialty paper

Hello Stampers!  I obviously tried to cram too much into my day yesterday and couldn't get it all done, so today I'm playing catchup!   I'm so excited about my Make a Card Monday video today!  I will be showing you how to make 10 cards from each of the full 12 X 12 sheets of the new Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Papers.  This paper is so beautiful!!!  Here are the cards that I made from just one sheet of this 12 X 12 paper:
