Make a Card Monday - striped background

Hello Stampers!  I know it's Tuesday, but it's time for Make a Card Monday!  Since yesterday was a holiday, I'm a day behind!  But I think today's card and video will be well worth the wait!!  I just love the look of this card!  What do you think?
