Hello Stampers!  I had a great weekend this past weekend away at my scrapbook retreat.  I love it because we can get away, scrapbook all day long with no interruptions or things that need to be done! 

I was able to complete my Thailand pages!  I wanted to get them done before I forget some special things to journal!  Here are a few of my completed pages:

I don't know about your and your scrapbook style, but I find on pages like these, I don't get crazy with decorating because I just have so many pictures to squeeze on each page that I don't have room for anything else!!!

Now today was back to reality and my stamping world!  Here is what I worked on today:

Christmas Cards Galore!

Hello Stampers!  I sent out my newsletter today advertising my upcoming Christmas Card Night.  I'm so excited for this class!  I have designed 8 cards that will be available.  You will choose which design you would like to make for your Christmas cards this year.  You will also let me know how many cards you would like to make.  I will order all of your supplies and cut and prep your cards for you.  

Class will be held on Friday, December 1st from 6:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.  at First Baptist Church in Arnold.  That evening you will do all of the stamping and assembling of your cards!  You will be able to use my stamps, ink, punches, etc.  Bring a snack to share that evening and we will make it a fun ladies night!

OnStage Invitation

Hello Stampers!  Look at what I got in the mail today!

Stampin' Up! holds that conventions twice a year.  It is live in the United States every 18 months.  Next month it will be live in Salt Lake City!  It is always so much fun to attend.  It is three days of stamping, learning, socializing, swapping, and just plain having fun!  

At each event they also hold a special session for the leaders.  This is our invitation for this years.  It is in the same location that it was the last time when we had a huge fancy meal and were entertained by dueling pianos!  So fun!

Hello Stampers!  Today is going to be my Freebie Friday!  I worked today on a Halloween decoration for myself that wasn't anything Stampin' Up!  But you have to see this super cute wreath!!!

Card with a Box

Hello Stampers!  I have a new video for you today!  When I was attending the Thailand Incentive Trip over the summer, we had a demo share fair.  This was where several demonstrators were demonstrating projects using new products.  One of the demonstrators demonstrated this really fun card with a box.  I decided that I needed to make one of these and show you how to do it!

I actually had my team mates and customers make one of these cards at my recent Customer/Team Appreciation event this last weekend.

November 2017 Planner Kit video

Hello Stampers!  Today I completed and posted my video on decorating the November 2017 Love Today Planner Kit spread.  I used lots of different mediums to decorate and also showed the Thumping Technique.  It is a great technique to use on Fall cards and pages!

Flurry of Wishes meets Foil Snowflakes

Hello Stampers!  Man was I ever a busy little beaver today creating cards today!  I had a Monthly card class this morning, and that just got me in the mood to stamp!  So after a fabulous lunch out, I went home and stamped and stamped!  

One of the things I was working on was some make n' take projects for my upcoming team meeting.  Here is the card that I created:

I pulled out the carryover holiday stamp set Flurry of Wishes.  I have always loved this set!  I also love to do my snowflake cards in blues and greys.  These are in Pool Party and Smokey Slate.  I randomly stamped the snowflakes in the background.  I stamped the sentiment and punched it out with the 2 1/4" circle punch and adhered it to one of our new foil snowflakes.  LOVE these!  These come in a package of 24 snowflakes, 12 gold snowflakes and 12 silver snowflakes.

Pretty Pines Thinlits card

Hello Stampers!  As some of you may know, my mother is a stamper too.  She goes to a monthly card swap and I love to see the cards and projects that she comes home with.  She recently went to one and the theme was fall or Christmas.  I just fell in love with this particular Christmas card and wanted to share!

 It is a Z fold card.  The maker used the Pretty Pines thinlits on this card.  I just think it turned out beautiful!

Gift Card Holder

Hello Stampers!  On Wednesdays I like to CASE a project from the Stampin' Up! catalog.  And since I'm frantically trying to get ready for a craft fair this weekend, and I needed some gift card holders, I decided I would turn my CASE into one!  

Here is the picture in the catalog:

I used the Gift Card Framelit that Stampin' Up! used to carry, but it has since retired.  The red is a belly band which keeps the gift card holder closed.  Don't you love the Christmas trees?  They are actually cut from a piece of Quilted Christmas designer series paper.

Painted Harvest samples

Hello Stampers!  Well I was whisked away this weekend to see my daughters, so no work got done!  Instead I spent the weekend shopping, baking, doing crafts, and watching our favorite shows!!  It was so great to see them both and spend time with them!  I miss them both so much!

I did not get a chance to show you some other alternative projects using the Painted Harvest stamp set.  So, here they are:

I love the way this card turned out!  For the flowers I used Soft Sky and Marina Mist.  The middle of the flower was stamped in Sahara Sand.  Beautiful sympathy cards!!

These are fun little bags I made for my crop in September.  I try to make a little pillow gift every month.  I simply stamped the flower in Daffodil Delight and Crushed Curry and punched it out with a circle punch.  Our 2" X 8" cello bags hold the bite sized candy bars just perfectly!  So fun!
