September technique class

Hello Stampers!  I wanted to share with you the cards that we will be making at this month's technique class.

Can you see the balloons on the birthday card?  They are puffed out and rounded like a real balloon!   The center of the pink card has been cut out and filled in with washi tape!  They are both really cool techniques that we will be learning!  Here is the details:
