Hello Stampers! I have to show you this really cool thing that I came up with as a way to store my punches! If you are like me, and own TONS of SU! punches, trying to store them is a real pain! They were in four drawers so that I could easily find them, but I was desperately needing the drawer space for other things. I wandered through the hardware store with my hubby the other night trying to come up with a way to store them. Finally, it hit me!!!
I just bought a decorative curtain rod and had my hubby install it on the bottom of my display board! It holds all of my big punches, and they are easy to see and get to! Don't you love it!!!! This display board is one that my hubby had made for me a couple of years ago. It measures 8 feet wide by 4 feet tall. It is hung on one of my walls in my dining/stamping room and it is where I display cards and stuff for my upcoming classes and projects!
Today is a good friend of mine, Alene's, birthday. Happy Birthday Alene! This is the card that I made her! Isn't this gorgeous! I LOVE the new Manhattan Flower Textured Impressions die! It is so elegant! The oval stamp and the oval scallop punch are both in the new Occasions mini catalog.
This cute little matchbox holds Hershey Nuggets. I covered them in dsp and stamped the acetate lid with the Yummy SAB set using Staz-on ink. I CASE'd this from Lorri at www.stampingaddict.blogspot.com.
Don't forget to leave me a comment to get your name in the drawing for Free Card Friday!
Happy Stampin' and TTFN!
