Family blocks

Hello Stampers!  Monday's are my days to show you other crafts that I have been working on.  Today's project is one that I just love!

IMG_7851-001 Isn't this fun?  I painted the blocks first.  Then added a layer of designer series paper.  On top of that is the vinyl letters that were cut using a Silhouette.  So simple and fun!  But, I wanted something that as going to be very functional, so I did this to the other side:

Thanks for stopping by!  Hope you enjoyed this project!

Spider Web Doilies aren't just for Halloween!

Hello Stampers!  Did you know that Spider Web Doilies aren't just for Halloween???  I know, they are spider webs, as you can see in these pictures below:

But, if you turn these cuties over, they are white on the backside!  There are tons of things you can do with these!  Here is a video from Stampin' Up! showing you all of the different pieces that can come out of one doily!

You can still order these Spider Web Doilies from the Holiday catalog until January 4th!

Halloween goody box

Hello Stampers!  Do you have some trick or treaters in your life that need a cute little box all for themselves?  These boxes are the cutest things ever!

IMG_5485 I used the Gift Bag punch board to create this little box/bag.  I like it because if I don't fold on the side score lines that make it a bag, it stays like a box!  The stamp set I used is the Howl-o-ween Treat stamp set which has to be one of my favorites from the Holiday catalog.

See the cute little googly eyes for my owl?  They aren't really googly eyes!  They are the White Perfect Accents from the Annual catalog! You get 75 of them, in three different sizes, for just $5!   I just used a Sharpie to draw the pupil in the eyes.  How fun are these!!!

I made these boxes for all of my team members at our last meeting.  Of course, I filled them with candy too!

I can't wait to create some of these for Christmas too!

Convention Day 3

Hello Stampers!  Today we started out with our final breakout class.  Ours just happened to be our make n' take and sample workshop class.  Genevieve Ko did a fabulous job!

We then ended our day of Convention with a General Session.  We got tons more samples and ideas from the Holiday Catalog.  Here are some sneak peek pics:

After the Closing Session, there was a leadership training for those demonstrators at the Manager level and above.  We had a great lunch and then played games and received great training.  We ended the day with a Keynote Speaker, Jenna Glover.  Here is a link to her TedTalk on the same topic, How to lead an Energy Efficient life.  She was fabulous!

Well, that is how we ended Convention 2015.  It was another fabulous year and Stampin' UP! didn't disappoint!  Our next event is OnStage in November.  I would love to have your join us in Dallas!

Contact me today and I can tell you all about what a great company Stampin' Up! is to be associated with.  I can also let you know about the earning potential if you are interested!

After lunch we had some fabulous breakout classes where we saw more super cute projects:

That evening was our awards night where we recognized all of the top demonstrators across the country and then had a fun after party with a 20's theme!  Fun day!
