Card with a Box

Hello Stampers!  I have a new video for you today!  When I was attending the Thailand Incentive Trip over the summer, we had a demo share fair.  This was where several demonstrators were demonstrating projects using new products.  One of the demonstrators demonstrated this really fun card with a box.  I decided that I needed to make one of these and show you how to do it!

I actually had my team mates and customers make one of these cards at my recent Customer/Team Appreciation event this last weekend.

Here are the cards that I made:

Card with a box, Inkin With Dink

And here is the video showing you how it is done:

Thanks for stopping by and watching my video!  Let me know if you have any questions!

Flurry of Wishes meets Foil Snowflakes

Hello Stampers!  Man was I ever a busy little beaver today creating cards today!  I had a Monthly card class this morning, and that just got me in the mood to stamp!  So after a fabulous lunch out, I went home and stamped and stamped!

One of the things I was working on was some make n' take projects for my upcoming team meeting.  Here is the card that I created:

Flurry of Wishes, Inkin With Dink

I pulled out the carryover holiday stamp set Flurry of Wishes.  I have always loved this set!  I also love to do my snowflake cards in blues and greys.  These are in Pool Party and Smokey Slate.  I randomly stamped the snowflakes in the background.  I stamped the sentiment and punched it out with the 2 1/4" circle punch and adhered it to one of our new foil snowflakes.  LOVE these!  These come in a package of 24 snowflakes, 12 gold snowflakes and 12 silver snowflakes.

I hope you have enjoyed this card!  If you have made some cards using this stamp set, I'd love to see them!  Hop over to my Inkin With Dink Stampers Facebook page and share them with us!

Pretty Pines Thinlits card

Hello Stampers!  As some of you may know, my mother is a stamper too.  She goes to a monthly card swap and I love to see the cards and projects that she comes home with.  She recently went to one and the theme was fall or Christmas.  I just fell in love with this particular Christmas card and wanted to share!

Pretty Pines thinlits, Inkin With DInk It is a Z fold card.  The maker used the Pretty Pines thinlits on this card.  I just think it turned out beautiful!

Thailand 3D swap

Hello Stampers!  Today I wanted to share with you the 3D swap that I made for the Thailand trip.  When we signed up for the card swap, we could also sign up for a 3D swap.  I love 3D swaps!  It is so fun to see all of the fun little projects people come up with!

My upline Jeri, has been making items out of wine corks.  I decided that they would make a great Christmas ornament!  Here is what I came up with:

Christmas ornament, Inkin With Dink The corks are all cut in half first, then glued together.  The designer series paper circles are from the Be Merry designer series paper pack.  The snowflake is cut from the Silver Glimmer Paper using the Seasonal Layers Thinlits.  I then wrapped the Cherry Cobbler 1/4" Double-stitched ribbon around the outside of each cork.

Now let's just hope they all stay together during the 2 travel days with three plane rides!  Wish me luck!  I will be showing you the swaps that I received when I'm back home!

While I'm away, check out the specials going on:

Crafty weekend!

Hello Stampers!  What a crafty weekend I had!  On Friday I had my Silhouette class and we made two holiday cards!  So fun!

I just love that I can attend this class every month and learn new things about my machine!

Then yesterday, I attended one of those painting places where you go an paint a canvas in a couple of hours time.  It was a great time!

And it definitely helps that the painting was so cute!!! Now it's back to my Stampin' Up! crafting!  Today I am busy making ornaments for my team ornament exchange!  I'll share them all after the exchange next weekend!

Thanks for stopping by!

Penguin sliders!

Hello Stampers!  Did the title of this post draw your interest?  I considered changing it because my first thought was a slider like a little sandwich and I didn't want you to think I was cooking and eating penguins!!!  But I kept the title because then it made me laugh!  After that lead in, here is the card:

Snow Place slider penguin card, Inkin With DInk This super cute card was displayed at a stamping event I recently attended.  I thought it was just adorable using the Snow Place stamp set and the Sliding Star Framelits.  The Snow Place stamp set even has coordinating framelits called the Snow Friends Framelits.

I'm off on a scrapbooking weekend this weekend so there won't be any card creating for a few days!  Just lots of pages!!!
