Hello Stampers! Thanks for coming back today to check out my fun projects that I made over the weekend! I got together with a good friend of mine that I actually met through Stampin' Up! She lives a couple of hours away and we used to get to see each other every year at Convention and again at Leadership. Now that Stampin' Up! has changed the way they hold Convention, and the locations, we don't get to see each other very often! So we decided we just needed to make an effort, and this weekend was it! We met in the middle on Sunday. Got a hotel room and stamped and talked for hours! We had so much fun! Here are the projects that we made:
Hello Stampers! I hope that you all have had a fabulous holiday weekend with your family and friends! We had some friends over for a barbeque one evening, and then I met a good friend of mine about an hour away for an overnight stamping get together! We had a blast and I will be showing you some of the fun projects that we made together!
Since the new catalog is coming this week, I thought I would share with you one of the cards that we made at the April OnStage event using products from the new catalog! Kind of a little sneak peek for you!
We used the Daisy Delight stamp set for the daisy and the sentiment. The designer series paper is from the Delightful Daisy designer series paper pack. My favorite item is the center of the flower which is a new Faceted Gem! They come in both clear and gold! Love them!
Thanks for stopping by! Come back tomorrow and see the projects I made this weekend!
Hello Stampers! Last night was my BINGO class! We really had a great time! I had 14 ladies come! We played six games of BINGO and the prizes were all new products from the upcoming catalog! We also made three cards using more new products! Here are the cards that they made:
This card uses another one of the new in-colors, Tranquil Tide. It also has the new Fresh Florals designer series paper stack for the circles and the greeting is from the new Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set!
This was also my catalog premier night! I decided to serve some snacks, but I wanted them to have a connection with the new In-colors! I had so much fun picking the perfect foods! Here is what I came up with:
Lemon Lime Twist - I had 7-up to drink!
Fresh Fig - Of course I had Fig Newtons!
Powder Pink - Pixie stix with pink powder inside!
Tranquil Tide - I was able to find Salted Carmel truffles with the perfect color of wrapping! Yum!
Berry Burst - I made strawberry cookies! Super easy to make and really yummy! Here is the recipe:
1 box cake mix
1/3 c vegetable oil
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together all ingredients. Roll into golf ball sized balls and place on cookie sheet. Cook for 7 - 9 minutes until edges start to brown!
That's it! And they smell so yummy while they are baking!
Everybody left with the new catalog in their hands and a full tummy! Thanks ladies for such a fun evening!
Hello Stampers! I always look so forward to our monthly team meetings! We have a fabulous group of ladies and we have a great time together! Here are some pictures of this month's meeting:
We would love to have you join us at our next meeting! Ask me how!!
Hello Stampers! At my team meeting last weekend, our swap theme was masculine cards. I love doing this theme because it seems like I am always in need of masculine cards and I never seem to have enough! Now I've got lots of ideas to make more! Here they are:
This is the card that I made! It is hard to see in this picture, but inside the word Happy has been embossed with the Celebrations Duo Textured Impressions embossing folder. And did you notice that I also used the new Tranquil Tide for my card base! It is a great color!
Thanks for stopping by!
Hello Stampers! Do you love post-it notes as much as I do? What am I saying, I totally love all kinds of office supplies! I could spend hours in an office supply store! And I can only assume that there are a lot of other crafters like me too because Stampin' Up! has given us post it notes a few times! This time, we received this really cool set at OnStage Leadership. You have to see this set:
I can't wait to use these!
Hello Stampers! I have to show you this super cute big paper clip that I received at a class that I attended at OnStage in April. The whole class was centered around the Cool Treats stamp set and was super cute! The supplies that we needed for the class were all in a bag that was held closed by this super cute clip!
I have made clips like this before, and the are super easy to make! The scallop circle that is around the image, just be sure to cut two of them. They they are held together with glue dots with the large paperclip sandwiched between them! It's that easy!
I was able to find these large paper clips at Walmart, but I'm sure they are available in multiple locations.
Thanks for stopping by!
Hello Stampers! Don't you just love to get new toys to play with? I feel like a little kid! Of course I am referring to all of the fun new products that I got not only at the Stampin' Up! OnStage event that I attended in April, but also my new box of preorder products that I got to order as a demonstator! Want to see some of my new toys? I would love to share it with you!
I made a video of me opening up my box. You will get a chance to see some of the new products that will be available for you to order in just a couple of weeks! Take a look:
If you have placed an order with me within the last year, you will receive a catalog from me for FREE! If you haven't, you can purchase a catalog for $5, and then I will credit your first order that $5! Let me know if you need one!
Watch this video and then get your wish list started! If you don't attend classes regularly let's get a private class scheduled for you and your friends and family! I would love to show you some new stuff!
Hello Stampers! Yesterday I shared with you the cards that we made as make n' takes at our April team meeting. I made anther box, but it didn't make the cut and got scrapped at the last minute! Would you like to see it? I do really like it!
Here are the measurements of the box: 3 3/4" wide x 1 1/2" deep X 7" high. I used the Succulent Garden designer series paper. The flower is made from the Pansy punch, Blossom Builder punch, and a White Accent in the middle!
Now my question to you is, what would you do with a box this size??? Please leave me a comment and let me know what you would do!
Thanks for stopping by!
Hello Stampers! Every month I host a team meeting and one of the fun things that we do it some make n' take projects! There are typically four projects that we make. Here are the projects that we made at the April meeting:
I love this card too! Still the Succulent Garden designer series paper and the Pansy punch. All of the greetings from the projects were from the All Things Thanks stamp set. Luckily this stamp set will be carried over into the new catalog!
Thanks for stopping by!
Hello Stampers! Today I wanted to share with you the swaps that I received from my April team meeting. Our theme for the month was anything with a flower!

Hello Stampers! Every year around this time, I get orders for graduation cards using the colors black and gold of our local high school. Since they are sometimes the same customers, I have to come up with a new design every year! This year I found a similar card on Pinterest and knew this was the one for this year! And this is what I came up with:
The background words are from the Sunshine Sayings stamp set. I placed both words, congrats & graduate, on the block at the same time and stamped all over the background piece. The graduation cap is from a retired stamp set that I have had for years. The numbers are from the Large Numbers Framelits.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!
Hello Stampers! My oldest daughter graduated from college this week! I can't believe how time has flown by and she is now a full-fledged adult! Here are some pics from her big day:
I thought a special graduation deserved a special graduation card! So here is the card that I made her!
So proud of her and her accomplishments in life so far! Can't wait to see what her future holds!
Thanks for stopping by! Tomorrow I will show another graduation card I made.
Hello Stampers! I had such a great time this weekend at my annual Sale-a-bration Celebration! I had about 25 - 30 people come to stamp, socialize, snack, and play games!
